Barrelling Tide Distillery
Barrelling Tide Distillery is an independently owned craft distillery located on a tidal river in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. The Bay of Fundy, home of the highest tides in the world, is just minutes from the distillery. Our name comes from the rise and fall of the tides we see here twice a day.
Barrelling Tide Distillery was built on the belief of supporting local producers and quality will forever come before quantity. We hand craft all our spirits and liqueurs on site and use only the finest locally sourced ingredients. The quality shows in the many awards we have won over the years, including World's Best at the 2023 World Rum Awards for our signature 5 Fathom Dark Rum. We believe in supporting our local farmers and hope you will join us in doing so this season!
Visitors to the distillery have the opportunity to tour our distillery and learn the fascinating process of creating world-class spirits. We also offer cocktail flights and complimentary tastings!
