Barrelling Tide Distillery is an multi award winning small batch craft distillery located on the banks of a tidal river in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We have partnered with local farmers and producers, doing as much and using as much local as possible. We have a beautiful and bright tasting area & retail space that is open year round. We have a very transparent operation; you can see into the production area, from the mash and fermenting tanks to the gorgeous copper still; everything is done on site!
