Horton Ridge Malt & Grain

Horton Ridge is Nova Scotia's only malt house, and the only brewery in the Province to make its own malt. Horton Ridge practices the time honoured method of malting known as floor malting. Visitors can view the malting floor where organic grains are transformed to malt, the most important ingredient of beer. The rural setting of the taproom and patio allows expansive views of the surrounding countryside. Enjoy beers brewed on site, and by other breweries of the region, all of which contain malts made at Horton Ridge. CELTIC MUSIC EVERY SATURDAY 3-5PM. Also offering a food truck on weekends.
