Compass Distillers is Halifax's only grain to glass distillery. We are dedicated to the place we live and the products we make. The two are inseparable for us. Being a craft distillery means starting with real ingredients and nurturing the product in every step of its creation. From milling and mashing Nova Scotia grain and raw ingredients like sugar and molasses, to fermenting, distilling and bottling.
